AIHce Hotel Reservations is now closed. However, the JW Marriott and the Marriott Downtown are still accepting reservations at the AIHce rate.
If you need to make a hotel reservation –
Please use one of the links below to reserve at room at either the JW Marriott (AIHce headquarters) or the Downtown Marriott. At this time, both hotels are accepting new reservations at the AIHce rate INCLUDING complimentary internet – a $12.95 value per day. The hotels will send confirmations directly.

A $100-$150 registration discount will be applied to your registration after you make your hotel reservation. The discount will be issued to you, within 3 business days, in the form of a credit to the card used to pay your registration for the conference.
If you have a reservation, booked through AIHce/Experient –
Call the hotel directly beginning Monday June 4th to make changes to your reservation. You will find the hotel’s telephone number on your confirmation.

Experient is the official housing reservation bureau endorsed by AIHce 2012 and the hotels listed on this website are the only official hotels affiliated with AIHce.
