ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) Standard is an effective administrative tool in the field of corporate responses to sustainability. This crossover program is designed to introduce EHS professionals to various EMS, Lean and Six Sigma tools applicable to sustainability programs. The presenter will describe how to develope ISO 14001 EMS implementation program and link it to Lean Six Sigma improvement programs to generate better environmental and operational results. Successful implementation of EMS, Lean Six Sigma model will be demonstrated.
