PDC Presenters
Notification letters were mailed in September, 2011.
Note:
- Instructors are required to bring personal laptops to their PDC.
- All AV and room set-up information must be detailed on the PDC logistics form to be sent in January.

Technical Session and Poster Presenters
Notification letters were mailed in January, 2012.

Speaker Ready Room check-in is mandatory for Technical session and poster presenters
Ribbons, poster set-up passes, program changes, and other information will be available.
Technical session presenters must:
- Check into the session/presentation room 30 minutes prior to the start of their full session (not just their individual presentation).
- Test their presentation(s) in the Speaker Ready Room to ensure it is compatible with the AV and computer equipment provided in the presentation room(s). Workstations, projectors, and technical staff will be available to assist.
- Not use their personal laptops in presentation rooms. Only AIHce-provided computers may be used in technical session meeting rooms.
- Authorize recording permissions if not previously submitted online.
