Effective inventory management of any kind involves getting the right inventory to the right place at the right time in the right quantity. When chemical inventory management is out of control, inventory data is inaccurate, and chemicals won’t be on hand or in the correct location, causing confusion and noncompliance. This presentation will address how to fix the eight most common chemical management errors. Examples of successful implementations and case studies will be provided.
