International Guests

AIHce welcomes international guests from around the world. To make AIHce an exceptional experience, the following benefits and services are provided.

Internationals who register by April 15 will receive conference credentials by mail. Although English is the official language of AIHce, the registration and hotel website is available in several languages to assist in navigating the site.

All international guests, including Canadians, are invited to attend the International Reception on Monday, June 18. An invitation to fully registered professionals and their accompanying spouse or guest will be emailed in May.

The complete Advance Program will be available on the AIHce website and as a pdf in February, 2012. Check the website periodically for conference updates. As the date of the conference draws closer, use the Program Planner to schedule sessions and activities of interest. After you register, use the Attendee Lookup to contact colleagues and friends who are also attending AIHce.

New! An AIHce Mobile App is coming online early next year to further assist you in planning your time at AIHce and in keeping up-to-date on site with conference information.

Visa Delays or Denials

Registration Refunds Due to a Visa Denial: Visa processing requires a long lead times. We highly recommend you apply for a U.S. visa 3-4 months in advance. If your visa is denied and you would like to be considered for a registration refund, please make sure you have either an official denial document from the U.S. Consulate or a stamped copy of your application form with the date you applied and the date your application was denied. Send copies of these documents with your refund request.
