Hotel Changes / Cancellations
May 31 – June 3
Reservations are being transferred to individual hotels. Changes and cancellations cannot be made during this time. Please do not contact the hotel; your reservation will not have been processed. Rest assured, if you have received a confirmation from AIHce/Experient, the hotel will honor your reservation.
Beginning June 4
Contact the hotel directly for date changes, cancellations and new reservations. Room availability and rate are subject to the hotel’s discretion.
Beware! Your credit card may be charged if…
1. You do not check in at the hotel on the scheduled arrival day.
2. You shorten your scheduled departure after checking in.
3. You do not cancel your reservation within the hotel’s 72-hour cancellation policy.
When canceling a reservation, obtain a cancellation number, date, and the name of the agent. In case of difficulty, contact AIHce/Experient for assistance.
Don’t be a “No Show!”
Cancel registration and hotel reservations if you are unable to attend. Registration fees and hotel charges will not be refunded to “no shows.”
